When people ask me how to bring #nonviolent communication into the world, I like to show them how to #start the process of compassion with giving it to yourself daily by a basic ‘I would love to know what is alive in me today’:
1. Close my eyes to look inward, what is alive in me?
2. I Welcome all feelings, including unpleasant ones as equally important as the pleasant ones
3. What need is speaking to me behind an unpleasant feeling that asks/ begs for my attention?
